How it connects
A lightweight agent on the customer’s Exchange server (on-prem or Exchange Online) pushes a current-state mailbox and permissions inventory to MSP Reports — push-only, nothing connects into the Exchange environment. Mailboxes link back to AD users where the directory agent is also deployed.
