How it works · Step 1 of 3

Connect your stack in minutes, not weeks.

Drop in credentials for the tools you already run. We validate every connection the moment you save it — no migration, no professional-services engagement, no waiting on a vendor.

MSP Reports doesn’t replace anything in your stack — it reads from it. You keep your PSA, your RMM, your security tools and your backup platform exactly as they are. We plug in alongside them and pull the data we need.

Every connection is stored with a per-tenant credential key and encrypted at rest and in transit. One customer’s keys can never be used to read another customer’s data — that boundary is enforced in the data model, not just in policy.

How a connection comes online

  1. 1

    Add a connection

Pick an integration from the catalogue and paste in the API key, OAuth grant or service account it needs. Read-only scopes wherever the vendor supports them.

  2. 2

    We validate on the spot

MSP Reports makes a live test call the moment you save. Wrong scope, expired token or a blocked IP shows up immediately — not three days later in a failed report.

  3. 3

    History starts loading

Once a connection is green we begin pulling historical data in the background. Most integrations have a year or more of history available within the hour.

Connected. Now make the data make sense.

Book a 30-minute demo and we'll connect a couple of your own tools live.
